Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Working Group

Our aim is to foster an inclusive environment where participants can openly discuss, explore, and share insights on DEI&B related policies, challenges, and best practices, as well as learn more about how diversity improves competitiveness.

At AmCham, we embrace diversity as a source of strength, promoting a culture of inclusion and equity. Incorporating a diverse range of perspectives, skills, and backgrounds is not merely a matter of social responsibility but also a strategic advantage for businesses and economies as it drives innovation, creativity and adaptability. Ultimately, it serves as a catalyst to elevate a country's competitiveness

In 2024, we have established this platform for our Members to actively engage in meaningful conversations surrounding diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B).

The Working Group is led by dr. Andrea Juhos, Managing Partner, LHH.

To join the Working Group, please contact the relevant Policy Officer (see contact at the bottom of the page).
