On April 17 we invited three inspiring and successful women to talk about pivotal factors shaping women's career development.
The roundtable discussion featuring Nóra Ruszkai, Senior Partner at Amrop Hungary, Rozália Miklós, Managing Director at MSCI and Fanni Gyarmati, Co-Founder of Diverzum Europe, touched up on the importance of DEI&B programs, conscious and unconscious career building and what women need to be successful in her profession in 21st century, in Hungary.
It was insightful to observe how the three women, each in different life situations and at varying points in their careers, brought forth diverse perspectives, thereby highlighting the array of options available to us in our careers.
