On September 17, AmCham's Sustainable Growth Committee welcomed Deputy State Secretary for Climate Policy Daniella Deli to discuss the current energy and energy efficiency priorities of the Ministry of Energy and the related critical points of the Sustainable Growth chapter from our latest recommendation package, "Cooperation for a More Sustainable and Competitive Hungary 2024-2025."
Members also had the opportunity to engage with her on the climate policy priorities for the Hungarian EU Presidency as well as exchange views on the recent so-called Draghi Report on the future of EU competitiveness.
The event was moderated by Thomas Narbeshuber, Vice President, Head of Central & South Eastern Europe, BASF and the Chair of AmCham's Sustainable Growth Committee.
