On Thursday, May 7, our Education & Innovation Working Group brought the Board Sim series to McDaniel College Budapest. During the session, 7 volunteers acted out a fictional board meeting centered on a proposed company acquisition, taking on various executive and non-executive roles. Students were invited to join the discussion by asking questions and engaging directly with the participants, gaining a closer look at how boardroom decision-making works in practice.
