We are pleased to announce that Zsolt Kákosy, MBA MRICS, Senior Director, Head of Property Management at ICON Real Estate Management, has been re-elected as Chair of AmCham's Workspace and Facilities Management Committee.
During his previous two-year term, Zsolt focused on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) topics, exploring them through diverse aspects and across the three ESG pillars. Under his leadership, the committee also organized insightful office visits, where committee members gained valuable insights into award-winning office buildings and best practices in workspace management.
Looking ahead, the WFM Committee is excited to continue its work, extending its office visit series and introducing new topics on cutting-edge WFM trends in 2025.
