Wolf Theiss advised 4iG Group as seller in the divestment of a minority stake in RÁBA Automotive Holding Plc. to Czechoslovak Group (CSG).

As part of the transaction CSG Defence, a subsidiary of the global defence group CSG, has signed an agreement to acquire a 49% minority stake in 4iG Space and Defence Technologies’ subsidiary, 4iG SDT EGY Zrt., representing an indirect ownership interest of approximately 37% in Rába Automotive Holding Plc. The controlling majority of 51% will remain with 4iG Space and Defence following closing. The acquisition is subject to the completion of a public takeover bid in line with applicable capital market regulations as well as customary regulatory approvals. The transaction is expected to close in 2026.

The transaction represents a strategic step in the defence strategy of 4iG Group and strengthens both the Hungarian and wider European defence industries.
