On Thursday, March 19, AmCham Hungary’s Workplace & Facilities Management Committee held its latest meeting to explore how workplace flexibility can become a real competitive advantage. The discussion focused on how rapidly employee expectations are changing, and why workplace experience, the quality of the working environment, and commuting conditions now play a more important role than ever. It was also highlighted that in Hungary, a positive workplace atmosphere is valued even more highly than the European average.
The conversation was shaped by practical examples and real-life experiences shared by Balázs Csorján dr., Senior Business Development Manager at ICON REM, Attila Keresztényi, Regional Delivery Centre Head at Cognizant, and Balázs Király, Managing Director at Celanese. The session was moderated by Sándor Baja, Managing Director of Randstad.
