From September 2024, Jalsovszky 's services are expanding with three new practice areas

While Jalsovszky already regularly advises clients on employment law matters, with the arrival of senior attorney Zoltán Tarján, this practice area will now have a distinct profile. Dóra Nagy and Eszter Csáki are also available to advise clients, and Miklós Molnár continues to assist the team as an external advisor. In addition to classic employment law, activities also include immigration law and whistleblowing services.

Following international trends, Jalsovszky is launching a new practice area dedicated to white-collar crime. The team members represent both defendants and victims of business-related crimes, conduct criminal due diligence and internal investigations, and establish criminal compliance processes. This area will be headed by Péter Barta and Henrik Bereznai, and the group can also benefit from the experience of Bálint Gyene, external attorney.

Responding to the challenges of digital transformation, modern technology and social networks, our IP/IT, Data protection practice will also take on an independent role in the future. In this area, clients can contact Gábor Kerekes in copyright and intellectual property matters and Zoltán Tarján in IT and data protection issues. The team is also supported by junior lawyer, Ádám Hilgert.
