Raising awareness: We are branding the Business Service Sector!

BSS first meeting

AmCham, together with 20 companies and in partnership with the Hungarian Service and Outsourcing Association (HOA) launched a project aiming to raise the awareness and attractiveness of the business services sector (BSS) in Hungary.

The initiative is based on a 2018 cooperation started by BT (British Telecommunications) and is currently operating as a project of AmCham’s Investment Policy Task Force.

The vision is to raise sector awareness and to promote the BSS sector as a preferred career choice for secondary school and higher education students and young talents.

The number of companies joining the initiative is growing, but at the time participating companies are: Aldi, Blackrock, BP, BT, Celanese, Citi, Corning, CPL Integrated Services, Diageo, Deloitte, Eaton, ExxonMobil, IBM, Karrier Hungária, Lexmark, National Instruments, Randstad, TATA Consultancy Services, Thermo Fisher and Unisys.

These companies work together towards a common goal in a unique and inspiring cooperation to attract talent by providing a cosmopolitan, international, employee-centric environment, using the latest technologies and helping to achieve personal and professional growth.

Results of the cooperation will first become public in September, so stay tuned and prepare to meet the BSS Project at the HVG Job Fair as well!
