Quality data and information about the labor market are the key to strategic planning and good market positioning for companies. At Manpower Slovenia, we are committed to researching trends in the labor market with the aim of raising awareness, informing, and promoting good practices in companies.
The purpose of the SATR H1 2026 survey is to investigate the general attitude of employers toward salaries and benefits for employees, turnover in various industries, and the forecast of employment in the first half of 2026.
We are conducting the SATR survey for the fifth year in a row, and we plan to repeat it every six months for year-on-year comparison of trends. The study is a regular project of Manpower in the countries of Central, Southern, and South-Eastern Europe.
