On September 23, the HR Committee organized a meeting where we bid farewell to our outgoing Chair, Róbert Dobay, Menedzsmentor, and thanked him for his dedicated leadership and service over the past six years. We then officially welcomed Szilvia Bogdán, HR Manager at NEXON Hungary, as the new HR Committee Chair
The session continued with a presentation on Gallup Wellbeing Research by Róbert Dobay followed by round table discussions on career wellbeing where Róbert, moderator of the discussion was joined by Csilla Gera, Senior HR Project Manager at KALL Ingredients and Szilvia Bogdán, Chief People Officer at NEXON Hungary, our new HR Committee Chair.
Speakers explored the definition of career wellbeing, the challenges and opportunities in leadership and talent development programs, and generational differences in career management. They also touched up on how a quality-over-quantity approach (focusing on the standard of services and equipment rather than volume) impacts employee engagement and overall productivity levels.
The session was closed with a Q&A followed by a vote on future topics of the Committee.
