KPMG is arranging a unique business breakfast event on "The challenges of solar energy M&A and financing" to be held on 6 February, 2024 in their Budapest office.
Besides enticing food, KPMG's experts and special guests will present, among others, the key market developments that may affect the value of solar power plants, the challenges of solar energy transactions and financing solar power plants, and the questions around the Hungarian Government’s pre-emption right regarding the purchase of solar power plants in Hungary by foreign investors. After the presentations, KPMG experts will be joined by international renewable energy investors and representatives of leading commercial banks to discuss current practices and opportunities in the sector.

Parking:
If you arrive by car you can find parking in the surrounding streets, in the Capital Square underground garage (1134 Budapest, Váci út 76.) on the opposite side of Váci út and in the Star Park - Szabolcs street parking garage (1135 Budapest, Szabolcs utca 36.). For those arriving by public transport, our office building is next to the Dózsa György út metro stop and trolley buses number 75 and 79M stop nearby.
