On Thursday, February 26, our Regulatory and Digital Committees held a joint meeting on the Hungarian implementation of NIS2 and the evolving EU cybersecurity landscape.
Dorina Barbara Pappné Szabó (SZTFH) shared practical supervisory experiences, highlighting audit obligations, scoring methodology, supervisory fees, and key compliance deadlines.
Dr. Márton Domokos (CMS) walked us through the main obligations under the Hungarian Cybersecurity Act, key audit-related contractual questions, and the implications of the Cyber Resilience Act and the upcoming Cybersecurity Act 2 (CSA2). A timely and practical discussion on what companies should expect from audits and how to prepare for the next phase of EU cybersecurity regulation.
