In the second part of the meeting, our participants  - led by László Pók  - discussed the problems of home office regulation. They debated the question whether Government Decree 487/2020. (XI. 11.), which contains several favorable provisions for teleworking and home-office possibilities, would provide an acceptable basis for such solutions, once the pandemic ends, should the decree remain in place. Furthermore, the audience discussed their companies’ relevant current practices and formulated several questions and proposals on the future regulation of flexible work which need to be addressed in the modification of Labor Code. The elaboration of the relevant proposals under the leadership of László Pók will continue, and AmCham intends to submit the recommendation to the responsible governmental body.
