Our first HR Committee meeting of the year organized on January 25 focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The event, led by facilitators Julia Peterson and Veronika Tóth from EY Hungary, comprehensively addressed multiple aspects and challenges associated with DEI practices.
The highlight of the meeting was an interactive workshop where attendees were asked to cooperate on situational challenges to overcome unconscious bias. The workshop provided a platform for engaging discussions, enabling attendees to assess the impact of DEI on their respective business goals. Moreover, the conversations placed a particular emphasis on gender diversity and inclusion, shedding light on how these aspects are integral to organizational success.
