Judit Bence and Miléna Milankovics from The Conscious Ageing® Leadership Lab shared insights on age-inclusive leadership and the challenges of managing multigenerational workplaces. Their presentation was followed by a roundtable discussion with Dr. Andrea Juhos, Managing Partner at LHH Hungary, moderated by Szilvia Bogdán, Chair of AmCham Hungary’s HR Committee.
