On September 9, the Tax Committee organized a meeting where we bid farewell to our outgoing Chair, Károly Radnai, Managing Partner at Andersen in Hungary, and thanked him for his dedicated leadership and service. We also welcomed our new Chair, Dorottya Fábián, Tax and Legal Partner at Deloitte.
Building on a previous workshop, the Committee continued its discussion on GloBE to contribute to the ongoing dialogue with decision-makers.. Other agenda items included fall planning, transfer pricing, the U.S.–Hungary Double Tax Treaty, digital developments in the tax system, and the local business tax.
