Dear AmCham Member,
In accordance with Article 3.14.2. of the By-Laws of AmCham, I am writing in my capacity as the Chairman of the AmCham Elections Committee for 2021 to call your attention to the openings on the AmCham Board of Directors and to encourage you to run.
The Annual General Assembly (AGA), traditionally the most high-profile AmCham event of the year, is to be held on December 1. We are planning the AGA as an in-person event. Details of the event and the Agenda will be sent later on.
At the AGA:
- AmCham executives will report on the annual activities and achievements of the Chamber, highlight plans for 2022 and
- new AmCham Board members and Supervisory Board members will be elected.
Board of Directors
This year’s open positions for a 2-year term are:
- First Vice President
- Secretary Treasurer
- Two Board Members-at-large positions
Supervisory Board
This year’s open positions for a 3-year term are:
- Chair
- Member
If you are interested in running for either a Board of Directors or Supervisory Board member position, please note that the deadline for the submission of all required material to the AmCham Office is 2 p.m. local time on Tuesday, October 26, 2021. In the interest of fairness to all candidates, this firm deadline will not be extended.
The candidates’ introduction will be sent to the membership via email and will also be uploaded to the AmCham website during November.
