We would like to draw your attention to a great initiative that AmCham has supported several times. Future: Hungary, an initiative to establish and grow a network of young Hungarian talents, academics and businesses, is looking for patners to support the realisation of their activities including their annual conference. In current market situation, it is a great way for businesses to promote their brand and attract highly-skilled graduates. It also provides opportunities to meet and recruit young talents at their annual conference depending on the conference sponsorship package.
Future: Hungary with the aim to connect Hungarian talents with international study experience and established, leading companies and startups in Hungary organizes again its annual conference. The 8th Future: Hungary Conference will take place in London on April 1.
Future: Hungary is a non-profit organization that was created with the main objective to collect and connect young talents that have left Hungary for education, research, and work purposes with each other and with international stakeholders with a definitive interest in enhancing Hungary’s competitiveness.
Each year Future:Hungary organizes its annual conference where the human capital of the international diaspora and guests’ combined results meet in the framework of an extraordinary day of workshops, debates, and panel discussions.
In 2023 Future: Hungary will organize its 8th conference. This time, the flagship event will take place in London on April 1. The conference aims to connect the Hungarian talent pool with established, leading companies and startups in Hungary.

The conference also serves as a platform for an exchange of ideas and knowledge. Given that London is home to many Hungarian fresh graduates and young professionals, this year we aim to attract as many of them as we can.
Few words regarding the talent pool: 95% of our delegates attend a World Top 100 University with more than half of the members students attending a UK Top 10 University.
Besides the annual conference in London, meet ups and networking events in other cities with a significant Hungarian community are also planned for 2023.
The mission to connect talents and international stakeholders implies and could be realised with the involvement and support of companies.
