We are very proud to announce that last night, Diageo Budapest was recognised as the best Family-Friendly Company, bringing home the most prestigious award of the evening, and standing out from other shortlisted companies such as MOL or Ford!
The Three Princess, Three Princesses Movement founded the “Family-friendly Company of the Year” award in 2013 to encourage corporate sector members to highlight family-friendly good practices. The “Family-friendly Company of the Year” has been recognising companies that consider the importance of supporting their employees in having and raising children, creating a balanced family and work environment, and maintaining a family-friendly workplace for the future.
We are incredibly proud to receive this award! Supporting our employees and Diageo families on their parenthood journeys is our core priority. The Family Friendly Company Gala evening was held last night at the Budapest Music Center. The special guests of the ceremony were Márton Nagy, Minister for National Economy, and Dr. Zsófia Koncz - Minister of State for Family Affairs, who personally congratulated us on our fantastic achievements and for being role models to other companies in Hungary.
