Connect Conflict Night: What happens when colleagues from different cultures sit at the same table?

Dear Members,

We would like to draw your attention to a special program on November 19, an unconventional theater night by Connect.

What is the Conflict Night?

Conflict Night is not a traditional training – it is an exclusive, groundbreaking leadership and competence development experience where professional knowledge meets the power of theatre and improvisation.

In a uniquely engaging format, each evening begins with carefully researched, real-life workplace dilemmas. Professional improv actors bring these situations to life on stage, highlighting conflicts, misunderstandings, and high-pressure scenarios familiar to every manager. With the guidance of renowned experts, these challenges are then unraveled, and the actors demonstrate effective alternatives in practice.

The result is a powerful blend of entertainment and high-value professional learning: while the audience enjoys a world-class performance, they also gain immediately applicable insights for leadership, communication, and collaboration.

The theatre performance is in English!

The Dynamics of Mixed Cultures Working Together

What happens when colleagues from different cultures sit at the same table?

New ideas, fresh perspectives – and sometimes unexpected misunderstandings. From different communication styles and attitudes toward hierarchy, to contrasting views on punctuality or teamwork, cultural diversity can spark both challenges and opportunities.

This evening, through improvisational theatre and expert insights, we’ll explore the humorous and eye-opening sides of multicultural cooperation. How do we turn cultural clashes into collaboration, and how can differences become strengths instead of obstacles?
