On March 10, 2021 the Competitive Workforce Policy Task Force of AmCham Hungary organized a discussion with the winners of the HR Manager 2020 Award, organised by Behaviour - The HR magazine.
Over 30 members of the PTF had an interactive online talk with Dr. Krisztina Mihók, Head of HR at Erste, Ibolya Gothardi, HR Director of 4iG and Mária Szüle, Head of HR Management at BMW. They touched upon topics of post-Covid home office regulations, organizing successful online all-employee events, the challenges of being leaders of change when also affected personally by turbulent times and building loyalty by enabling transparent communications and a trustful environment.
The discussion was moderated by Róbert Dobay, chair of the PTF, who also introduced the annual plan for 2021, focusing on three main areas: widening the labour supply and making the labour market more flexible to ensure business continuity; modernizing education and enhancing mental and physical health awareness.
AmCham would like to thank the work of Zsuzsanna Varga, Policy Officer for coordinating the PTF in the past year. Going forward, Zsófia Valkó-Juhász, Policy Officer will act as coordinator.
