On March 4, the AmCham HR Committee hosted an insightful workshop on change management and organizational transformation, led by Róbert Dobay, Managing Director at Menedzsmentor & Chair of AmCham’s HR Committee, and Zsuzsa Lázár, People & Culture Expertise Center Manager at UniCredit Bank Hungary.
Throughout the session, participants explored innovative approaches to change management, discussing effective methods and strategies tailored to current HR needs. They applied behavioral science techniques to organizational change, examined how to define and integrate company values into daily work using behavior design principles, and focused on techniques that facilitate behavioral change and the key steps for behavior change planning.
