On September 6, AmCham hosted Hungarian Ambassador to the U.S. Szabolcs Takács for a Business Forum.
The Ambassador provided an overview of U.S.-Hungarian bilateral relations, highlighting that although there has been a shift among the top investors in Hungary—with Asian countries gaining prominence alongside European ones—the U.S., now ranked 4th, has always been among the largest investors, indicating that trade relations remain strong. He also addressed U.S.-China-EU relations. Additionally, he touched on the upcoming U.S. presidential elections.
