The Governance & Transparency Committee held its first online Board Simulation session of the year at the Corvinus University of Budapest to provide insight for business students into corporate governance by presenting challenging scenarios concerning an investment proposal where the board of directors of a fictional company, ABC Nyrt, must decide on a strategy while various factors such as competing interests complicate the situation.

Since 2012, the Board Simulation has reached more than 2700 students from 6 Hungarian universities as well as the University of Vienna and Comenius University in Bratislava. Following the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Board Simulation was moved online with the first ever virtual session organized at the Central European University on November 19.
