On May 16th, we held a special event at OTP Bank's new headquarters in the M12 office building for the members of the AmCham Workspace & Facilities Management Committee.
The event was particularly noteworthy as the OTP M12 office building has recently been awarded the Office of the Year in the Corporate category at the end of April.
The new office building on Madarász Street offers state-of-the-art comfort and sustainable services in line with the latest trends for their employees. During the event, OTP’s Facilities Management team gave presentations on the design considerations, energy systems, as well as ESG aspects regarding their operations. The presentations were followed by a guided tour of the office space, where the impressive and modern details of the building were showcased. Special highlights included the installation of an interior orangery-style courtyard with thousands of plants.
The event provided an opportunity for participants to explore the special features of the OTP M12 office building and gain insights into the importance of their innovative design and operations solutions, leaving attendees with inspiration and new knowledge to take away.

Május 16-án az OTP Bank új székházában, az M12 irodaházban rendeztünk egy különleges látogatást az AmCham Workspace & Facilities Management bizottság tagjai számára. Ez az esemény azért is volt különleges, mert az OTP M12 irodaháza április végén elnyerte az Év Irodája díjat, Nagyvállalati kategóriában.
Az új Madarász utcai irodaház a legújabb trendeknek megfelelő kényelmi és fenntartható szolgáltatásokat kínálja a dolgozóknak. Az esemény során az OTP Facilities Management csapatáról számos előadás hangzott el a tervezési szempontokról, az energetikai rendszerekről, az üzemeltetés, valamint az ESG szempontok fontosságáról. Az előadásokat egy izgalmas irodabejárás követte, ahol bemutatták az épület impozáns és modern részleteit. Külön kiemelték a belső udvari növényzet telepítéseket és más érdekességeket, amelyek még vonzóbbá teszik a helyszínt.
