On October 14, AmCham Hungary’s Travel, Tourism & Entertainment Working Group explored how sustainability is reshaping travel and tourism, and the choices we make along the way.
Hosted by WECO Travel, the meeting was opened by Balázs Horváth, Managing Director of WECO Travel, followed by a presentation from Nelli Britz-Farkas, Head of Sales and Marketing at WECO Travel, who shared insights into the evolving expectations and practical considerations surrounding sustainable business travel.
The program continued with Angela Saliba and Márton Vajda, Co-Chairs of the Working Group, who presented sustainability practices and initiatives from Marriott, offering a practical example of how these considerations can be embedded into day-to-day operations.
The session concluded with an open discussion, Q&A and networking.
