AmCham organized its traditional Insight dinner on 15 June at Continental Citygolf club. The event provided a unique opportunity for both existing and prospective members to learn about AmCham's work and get to know the membership better.
Írisz Lippai-Nagy gave a summary of the Chamber's activities over the past six months, including advocacy highlights such as AmCham’s position letter on Education, Healthcare supported by several other international chambers in Hungary as well as the policy letters on Taxation including the termination of the US-Hungarian Double Tax Treaty and Windfall taxes. She then shared highlights of the main events and added that AmCham is also preparing a rich program for the autumn. Members then could test their knowledge in an online quiz game about AmCham for exiting prized, followed by dinner and networking.Thanks to Continental Hotel, TGI Friday and the Parisi Hotel for the prizes.
