AmCham Hungary Joins ACE US Delegation 2025 to Strengthen Transatlantic Ties

From Tuesday, May 13 to Friday, May 16, Írisz Lippai-Nagy, CEO of AmCham Hungary, participated in the Annual ACE U.S. Conference as a member of the AmChams in Europe (ACE) network’s delegation. This year’s delegation brought together 47 senior representatives from 30 AmChams, engaging in high-level dialogues on the future of U.S.–European economic relations, global leadership, and the role of innovation in addressing shared challenges.

Strategic Dialogue in Washington, D.C.

In Washington, D.C., the delegation met with senior officials from across the U.S. government and business community, including the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of CommerceOffice of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR)U.S. Chamber of CommerceAtlantic Council, and UPS. The meetings focused on a wide range of transatlantic priorities, including trade policy, digital governance, artificial intelligence, energy security, and the essential role of the private sector in promoting global stability.

Focus on Innovation & Sustainability: Atlanta Visit

The delegation visited Atlanta, an emerging hub of innovation and sustainability. At Georgia Tech, discussions highlighted the role of academic research in building resilient entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Sessions with Coca-Cola and Delta Air Lines centered on sustainability, social impact, and the future of AI-driven mobility. The group also met with the Georgia Chamber of Commerce and the Department of Economic Development to learn how the state fosters global trade and investment—underscoring the importance of transatlantic cooperation.
