ACF Launches #KarrierTájoló program

Children living in orphanages, they are not only the lack of a supportive, stable home environment but the knowledge of the current labor market, which makes it difficult to find a job later. The main goal of the program is for children to gain experience, by taking them to office and factory visits where they get to know the given profession and work areas. This way children living at orphanages will be able to find jobs that suit their interests and skills.

The first visit took place at NCR Hungary’s factory at Szigetszentmiklós, by the students of Burattino Általános- És Szakképző Iskola. After the introductory talk, the children could see the test technician's part, the painting plant, the operator's assembly, and the material service in the warehouse. They were eager to ask questions and headed home with many new experiences.
