For many years, Thanksgiving has been a special day for us. Lots of memories were made over the delicious roasted turkey, we saw unforgettable performances, handed out hundreds of wonderful prizes and most importantly, we came together to support the thousands of children at the SOS Children’s Villages and AmCham Foundations.
Unfortunately, COVID-19 forced us to cancel the traditional Thanksgiving Charity Dinner, but we understand how important this holiday and our great cause is for the community, so together with the Budapest Marriott Hotel, we hosted three online cooking shows where participants, with Dávid Gila, Restaurant Chef learned how to prepare the most delicious turkey day meal.
We are proud to announce that we raised 490,000 HUF to support the AmCham Foundation and SOS Children's Villages.
COVID-19 has taken a heavy toll on the foundations whose dedicated volunteers continue to work hard for the children despite increasingly difficult circumstances. If you would like to support their work by further donations directly to either organization, it is warmly welcomed.
