Dear AmCham Members,
In accordance with Article 3.14.2. of the By-Laws of AmCham, I am writing in my capacity as the Chairman of the AmCham Elections Committee for 2021 to call your attention to the openings on the AmCham Board of Directors and to encourage you to run.
The Annual General Assembly (AGA), traditionally the most high-profile AmCham event of the year, is to be held on December 5 at the Budapest Marriott Hotel.
Details of the event and the Agenda will be sent later on.
At the AGA:
- AmCham executives will report on the annual activities and achievements of the Chamber,
- plans for 2023
- new AmCham Board members will be elected.

This year’s open positions for a 2-year term are:
- Second Vice President
- Five Board Members-at-large positions
If you are interested in running for a Board of Directors member position, please note that the deadline for the submission of all required material to the AmCham Office is 2 p.m. local time on Monday, October 31, 2022. In the interest of fairness to all candidates, this firm deadline will not be extended.
The candidates’ introduction will be sent to the membership via email and will also be uploaded to the AmCham website in November.
