Dear WFM & HR Committee Members,

You are cordially invited to our upcoming joint HR-WFM Committee meeting on May 13, held at the AmCham office between 15:30-17:00.
We are excited to invite you to an exclusive series of sharing research insights and discussions of good corporate practices focused on employee wellbeing. The series will delve into the five essential elements of wellbeing identified by Gallup, providing valuable insights and practical strategies to enhance the wellbeing of your employees.

Although there are other definitions, Gallup's global research has found five elements of wellbeing that add up to a thriving life:

  • Career wellbeing: You like what you do every day.
  • Social wellbeing: You have meaningful friendships in your life.
  • Financial wellbeing: You manage your money well.
  • Physical wellbeing: You have energy to get things done.
  • Community wellbeing: You like where you live.

At our first session on May 13, we will discuss: Social & Community Wellbeing
