We are delighted to invite you to our upcoming Open HR Committee Meeting where we will discuss whether our Members are ready to publicly share salary ranges in their company or in their job adverts, and how they are planning to comply with the other aspects of the EU's Pay Transparency Directive.

At the event we will look at the social background, the legal and business implications and share corporate best practices. To gain a broad understanding of the topic we invited three experts, each offering unique perspectives on the Directive:

•    Anita Kiss, Heineken
