Join us to discuss with experts of Salva Vita how to foster an inclusive culture that empowers individuals with diverse cognitive abilities, harnesses unique perspectives, and boosts team innovation. Learn from others and share practical strategies, success stories, and actionable insights for creating an environment where everyone can thrive.

The panel will feature colleagues from Nokia, including individuals with diverse neurodivergent and neurotypical perspectives, who will share effective programs in their organization. Additionally, Salva Vita will provide examples of successful collaborations. The discussion will be moderated by dr. Andrea Juhos, DEI&B Workign Group Lead.
