Software procurement isn't just an IT matter — it's a legal one, too. When procuring software, companies often prioritize technical and business factors, while legal considerations are sometimes overlooked. However, a legally conscious procurement process can help avoid costly pitfalls and unexpected complications down the line.
At the next meeting of AmCham Hungary’s Digital Working Group, dr. András Gaál will present key legal aspects, through practical examples, that every decision-maker should be aware of in the course of software procurement.
