Dear BSS Hungary Members,

At our Advocacy Kick-off Session on February 5, we identified three key areas for our Working Group’s advocacy efforts. One of these key areas is Workforce & Employment, a crucial topic for ensuring that BSS companies attract, retain, and develop the right talent in Hungary. Also important is the sector's relationship with the Hungarian education system, and BSC's ability to employ people with the right skillsets.

In this session, we will build on our previous discussions, dedicating our focus to workforce, employment, education & skills development challenges, with the aim of developing concrete positions and policy recommendations.

IMPORTANT: Given the nature of the topic, we strongly encourage member companies to bring colleagues with expertise in HR, HR regulations and talent acquisition, academic relations, internal/external learning & development.

This is the second of two advocacy workshops, each focused on a different topic—be sure to join the other session on Taxation & Regulations as well!
