The COVID-19 pandemic has put our society and economy under extreme duress. During these difficult times, it is important to work together, share information and best practices. AmCham’s new webinar series will bring you experts from various fields to talk about the most pressing challenges we face right now, including insights about the latest developments surrounding COVID-19 and the economy, economic outlook, key competencies to succeed in this volatile situation, remote team management, home office efficiency, and wellbeing.

About the event:

As a result of the coronavirus situation, the world of work has changed within days. Most people work from home and leaders, often inexperienced, must lead their teams remotely. What this means is that we all had to change not only our way of working but also our hard-wired beliefs on how to be efficient. The good news is, we are experiencing and developing the skills that will make us employable and future-proof in the 21st century: curiosity, problem-solving, agility, cooperation, and above all, trust.

About the Speaker:

Andrea Juhos, Managing Partner of LHH Hungary, the world’s leading career management and talent development company. Andrea was on the Board of AmCham for 4 years and chaired its Competitive Workforce Taskforce for 7 years. She is also the President of the Board of Salva Vita Foundation and the Ambassador of HR Fest.
