AmCham’s HR Masterclass returns this April to address why HR Leaders need to focus on people again and showcase best practices and tools from industry leaders to engage, motivate and retain talented workforce.
The dramatic transformations in HR and effective response to the Great Resignation must begin with a new pledge to engagement, and a reimagination of the work experience, to not only being able to hire but keep the best talents too! There are many theories and initiatives, but one of the most important ones is the people-first culture. How can companies benefit from adapting a more people-first culture? To begin with, it can lower turnover, boost engagement, as well as productivity. Supporting your employees effectively can be challenging, especially with so many competing HR initiatives. We bring you five lessons, and 10 HR experts to help you navigate in this challenging time.

May 11 (Thursday), 16:00-18:00: Managing Cultural Change Well – Lessons from Behavioral and Neuroscience - Workshop & Closing Ceremony with Networking Reception @AmCham Office
Company culture is represented by company values. Those values should not only be understood and internalised in the organisation, but it is critical that employees demonstrate them in their everyday decisions and behaviours. In order to achieve this objective, we put forward a behavioural change project with our clients.
During the workshop:
We select one or the other core values of the participants’ companies and break them down to relevant behaviours and implement a systematic behavioural design process for each one to ensure that these behaviours can observably and measurably be presented in daily work.
The participants can learn how to design and manage a change based on behavioral science and apply it to a relevant situation in their team or organization. They will understand a powerful framework and learn to apply specific elements of neuroscience and behavioral science in a transformation.
The workshop is held by Róbert Dobay, Managing Director, Menedzsmentor; Chair of AmCham's HR Committee.
