Our biannual conference returns, bringing together HR leaders and CEOs to address the most critical challenges shaping today’s organizations. 

The conference explores how emerging technological, ethical, and regulatory trends are reshaping business operations and the role of HR, particularly in light of the growing use of artificial intelligence and the uncertainties surrounding pay-transparency implementation. 

The event will focus on change management and organizational and leadership resilience, exploring how leaders can respond effectively to ongoing transformation, manage continuous change, engage and retain talent, and enable HR to take on a stronger, more strategic role in business decision-making.
