Ferenc Kaiser, Associate Professor, Faculty of Military Sciences and Officer Training, Ludovika
Dr. Ferenc Kaiser is an associate professor at the Faculty of Military Sciences and Officer Training, Ludovika University of Public Service. He has been researching current issues in the field of security and defense policy since 2001. In the 25 years since then, he has taught generations of military officers and civilian professionals. In recent years, there have been nearly a thousand media appearances on the topic of the Russian-Ukrainian war and the conflicts in the Middle East.
