At our next HR Dream Day on March 21, we will look deeper into the crucial role of diverse workplaces in increasing productivity and cultivating a work environment that is not only inspiring, but also innovative. This year, our focus is specifically on generational diversity – a historic milestone where five generations, from seasoned Traditionalists to the vibrant Generation Z, coexist in the workforce.
