The role of HR in Transformation: what is our game plan?

She is a certified coach and passionate HR practitioner who led senior global assignments in HRBP, L&D, O&D and Talent Development functions. She has recently joined LHH, a global HR solutions company leading the way and providing support to individuals, HR professionals and businesses going through transformations around the world.

How does the HR Mini Speed Dating work? 
You have one minute to present your company, your proposition and your key area of interest, so as to make your counterpart acquainted with you. Then it’s your counterpart’s turn to present in 3-4 minutes. Subsequently you both have another minute or two to exchange ideas and arrange a meeting if desired. Then you move along – again the same process and again the same chance.
