New Director of Rooms Joins The Ritz-Carlton, Budapest

The Ritz-Carlton, Budapest welcomes Ekaterina Ulyanova, as the hotel`s new Director of Rooms.

She will be responsible for strengthening the hotel’s rooms divisions services along with leading the related teams, perfecting performance and operations and further providing memorable staying experiences and maintaining the unparalleled legendary service excellence what The Ritz-Carlton brand is famous for.

The Russian national arrives to The Ritz-Carlton, Budapest directly from Moscow, where for several years she worked with The Ritz-Carlton brand in different positions. These roles provided her with an extensive background in not only guest services, but training in day-to-day hotel operations, managing teams, and maintaining budgets.
