The American Chamber of Commerce cordially invites you to an
AmCham Morning Session
Body language in business
About the topic:
The topic is non-verbal communication, i.e. unconsciously creating readable patterns through body language and other forms of meta-communication. This is a fun look at a serious topic. We all send non-verbal messages to people around us all the time. Our body language, reflecting our behavior, speaks frequently louder than our words, so we better make sure we understand what it is saying to those around us.
This is particularly important for salesmen and others whose success in their respective professional activities depends on how persuasive they are. Deiric McCann will be presenting a practical guide to recognize what messages our bodies communicate to those around us. He will you help ensuring that your non-verbal messages are consistent with the ones delivered verbally.
