About the Speaker:
As the leader for Cisco’s Services business in European Markets, Ms. Dowdy is responsible for developing the services strategy, as well as Service Sales and Execution. She is focused on ensuring customer and partner success in adopting and leveraging Cisco solutions.

Prior to her current position, Ms. Dowdy led the Enterprise Services Sales team in European Markets, as well as creating and driving a number of standout programmes and initiatives, particularly Solutions-led Selling.

Before joining the Services business Ms. Dowdy held numerous leadership roles in Cisco: leading the Enterprise Marketing Segment, the Strategy and Planning team as well as several years as an Operations Director in the Service Provider business. In her 12 years at Cisco she has held jobs in mainland Europe, the UK and US. With close to 20 years IT and Networking industry experience, Ms. Dowdy’s career spans management and sales positions at Cisco, Sprint and CompuServe.

She is known for her business execution, and her consistent track record delivering customer impact and success. Ms. Dowdy holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BA from the University of California, Berkeley. She lives in Central London.
