9th Partnering Customer Contact Conference and Exhibition
February 22-24th 2012
The series of the Partnering conferences was started in 2004 as a professional forum for customer care, call/contact centre managers and specialists.
During these meetings there are several thematic sessions, professional presentations and workshops with the contribution of nearly half a hundred of Hungarian and international lecturers during the 3 days.
Rendition from and to English language is assured.
Professionals - out of work - can get closer to each other and learn more about themselves in several informal programs.
Human Resource Foundation (HEA) (www.hea.hu) - was established in 2002 by four big companies (Hungarian Telekom, OTP Bank, Telenor and Transcom Hungary) in order to implement the program called „Together for quality customer care”. This includes the work-out and development of the certified vocational training system for customer care and call centers: starting from the secondary education of customer care assistants to the high degree education of professional economists.
This year, the main topic of the 9th conference is ‘Look, the customer is speaking!’
The conference program will include several topics, some of them are as follows:

- What does the customer experience from the companies’ efforts?
- Many thousand downloads a day - crisis communication over the web?
- Customer experience - how far can it be enhanced cost effectively?
- Can’t you make it alone? – Strategic issues in network building.
- New habits in information gathering - how can we build upon them?

- Overdue payments – should we recover them or write them off?
- Help! – Re-planning of the classical support functions
- Out of source in Human Resource development
Location of the IX. Partnering Customer Contact Conference and Exhibition is also special: Hotel Palota Lillafüred. The hotel was built in the early years of the last century and has been restored recently. Kálmán Lux designed this resting place as a reminiscent of King Matthias’ contemporary palace and it was being a place of film shootings as well.
